18-25 allocation has sold out btw, Supporter service have tweeted
It’s the supporters clubs that do the most whoring .......
Using and Getting tickets and points for members who qualify who have no intention of going to the games, then passing them on to supporters who don’t qualify, at times supporters who are not actually members of there SC.
And funny enough it seems to be supporters club members (branch secretaries and in other high up positions in SC ) that seem to be the ones speaking for us none SC members via there position in City matters .
And funny enough again it seems there system of whoring has been left intact with these changes and even funnier there ticket allocation is untouched where as the regular fan now has a 5% less chance of getting a ticket
Having ranked SC members on the City matters is akin to having Gill on Uefa
Supporters clubs Self serving there own interests as usual
No, choice of any block, so in effect they were all bumped to 25k points.

Again, not every club is like this tho. Those that are found to be doing this should be punished. My club is only small 30 or so members. We hold events at local pubs, host band and games nights which are advertise locally. We go out our way to improve and the name of our branch and city. The 1or2 tickets (that’s all we get) for games is a little bonus.
I just have. I expect to be blocked.
Will be a nice little earner for them selling on.
He's there to represent us and he is only representing his own self interest. It should be 5% of the overall amount of tickets - it's only one party facing the burden. If it's a miniscule amount how come it can't come of corporate allocation which is already double what United, Liverpool etc give to their corporate clients?I don't know what you've wrote but there's no need to abuse him if you have. 5% of the away allocation is going to fans who are lucky enough to watch a successful city but unlucky enough to only ever be able to go to the least popular away games (unlike those born in any other era) - and even then, they find out last minute. 5% is a really miniscule amount and all but 150 of those who feel they're entitled to go to every single City game will still get first dibs on tickets. Absolutely no need for the reaction this is getting for doing a difficult job. If you're gonna get abusive towards anyone, direct it towards Sorriano for the ever increasing corporate allocation at away games.

I said on here at least half a dozen times to the rep that it didn't quite seem right that the City Matters group was practically made up with supporter club members and the chairman too, to which he said it had no bearing on what decisions would be made.
Absoulte fuckin bollocks.
Agreed on everything thereThis whole issue is a difficult one. Sitting on 15k points I regularly miss out and seem to be getting further away from a lot of games and the fact that SC members with less points regularly get tickets annoys the hell out of me.
But we all know something needs to be done and I have no problem whatsoever with picking my ticket up at the ground. I’ve said many times before that I’ve done this with England aways for 15 years and it works fine. Forget the Celtic debacle, this can be done with ease if it’s done correctly.
It will be interesting to see what the take up will be for certain games that may have been bought by points whores. If it helps genuine fans further down the ladder then great but if they go to SC’s then clearly that isn’t right. It was clearly proven that it made a difference in European games when they implemented pick up, the number of points needed shot right down. After the club messed up at Celtic and reneged on the ticket pick up you saw the next game shoot right up in points again. It was obvious for everyone to see why.
No perhaps not but I think a ballot would be 100x fairer regardless.Of course yeah but you can sometimes take a call on site.
It’s not going to be the same 150 though is it?
