I’ve had it on my Sony TV. Turned everything off and put it on and it worked. Also told me last night that I had no internet connection but all other apps worked fine. Turned it off and on again and it worked againWorked great up till tonight. Can’t get on any of the premium stuff so went to my account and nothing but the dreaded spinning circle for an hour! Shut it down a few times but Still the same. Anybody else had this ?

So i added this to my LG Smart TV along with my Sony Android TV last night, the issue of being unable to get to the 'view all' on previous matches sections seems to be constant across both these formats of the app.
Can anyone with a Firestick confirm if they have the issue? If you go to the 2018/2019 season and press view all it should take you to another page, seems to just be an empty page and the app then crashes for most people.
I've tweeted Citys Digital twitter handle but nothing back yet.
Same trouble here with the 17/18 & 18/19 seasons.
In the email confirming your subscription there's an email address to use for problems - DigitalSupport@cityfootball.com. I emailed last night, got a reply today and it's "been raised with the development team". Would recommend anyone else having the same problem also contact them, but before you do check out if any of the other sections with playlists/view more options are working OK. (They all were for me)
Anyone else having problems with freezing during playback? It's definitely not a wifi/buffering/connecting issue: the screen just freezes, and it might start again after 10-20 seconds or up to a minute or more, and it might not .. and it might be very low quality when it restarts, or it might not .... might then play all the way through, or it might not ....!!
