In the old manufacturing industry the saying was "if you have a person who is great in a crisis get rid of him because he will ensure you are always in a crisis".
Perhaps Ed expects his goalie to save them yet again?
Oh, I like that. Stealing that one for work.

World class every fucking one of 'em.

I think you're stretching it a bit with Powell. He was at Crewe until he was 16.

If they get MaGuire then they will have made a step in the right direction in as much as him and Wan Bissake with strengthen them at the back but they have done nothing to address the midfield and front line other than the kid from Swansea,

Did you see wank bissaka playing for England U21s?

See the rags are expanding " in their DNA " bullshit propaganda by promoting Nicky Butt to " head of first team development".

He will report to GPC helping to " create a seamless journey for young players stepping up to the next level " according to the BBC.

They look more clueless and desperate to keep their fuckwit fanbase on side with each passing day .

Edited for accuracy.

;-)

Let's say Olly doesn't last the season...who next?

Pochettino will definitely not leave Spuds yet and certainly not for Stretford.

Being realistic, who is there?

Mata has come out now to give the BBC the headline "United's history deserves trophies"

Well that's that then! May as well not bother kicking a ball this season. Not talent, desire or ability, it's entitlement which is the key to success.

Will they ever realise that it is this exact same attitude that has pegged them back? It'll be ok, were man united - I think that is literally their entire business plan at ground level, beyond the glazers sucking out any profits for themselves.

Self entitled doesn't even begin to describe them. If only the premier league famously didn't 'need' a successful man united, then they'd be 50/50 for a top half finish.

What does that even mean?

When we were relegated to the third tier, lots of people said we didn't deserve it as we are a big club with loyal support
Well we all know that those two reasons mean fuck all when your players are badly managed and the playing staff procurement strategy is an absolute shambles
So yes, they deserve what they're achieving at the moment. In fact, they're over achieving
