They are exempt from the regulations under the UEFA convention for entitled clubs .

I wonder why they choose to make this kind of stuff public if they are so confident the deal will happen. Putting Leroy under pressure in public is not a very friendly thing to do, and it should tell Leroy all he needs to know about the arrogance of this club.

When it first came out that these twats wanted sane it was said if we was to sell Leroy that we wasn't going to replace him because we have enough to cope in that position well if we lose him and lost vinny surly this is going to make us weaker so I hope it was bollox and there is somebody in place but there's not long left in the window.

The report doesn't say they have spoken to the player only the agent. I wouldn't have thought they needed a club's permission to speak to a players representative.

I suspect this is how all clubs works, clubs only talk once agents have given the green light that the player is interested and the selling club is willing to negotiate.

At this stage its more likely that Bayern have spoken to the agent about what they are prepared to pay Sane. This makes sense from the player and agent viewpoint as they have a reference for contract negotiations with both clubs if they desire and of course what is in it for the agent as well
