Deal agreed with Bayern Munich for Leroy Sane - €60m (including add-ons)

He needs to come out and either squash the rumours or say he is not signing a contract and fuck off . Getting sick of these footballers throwing sulks when things don’t go there way . They are so lucky to be doing something in life what they want to do and not doing a 9-5 like regular joes . He could shut this down in minutes if he wanted to

I didn't compare either.

I compared transfer fees at the end. Silva, Kompany, Aguero, KDB, are not sold two years before their contracts run out, because we want the money.

Leroy was a bargain & is on cheap wages.

If we prefer to suck Ruminegge's dick in order to make money on him, that's our choice.

Not a choice I would ever make.

He signed the deal we offered him & has two years left.


No right at all to assume he has to sign a new one just to suit flappers on here.

For the millionth time,players do not speak whilst negotiating for a new contract or transfer,why do you expect him to do it? he is doing nothing wrong,he has his advisors working on whatever is happening,turning on the kid is not right

It wouldn't be to make money it would be to avoid losing money. Which never applied to the other players, that's why we didn't sell them. We might not sell Sane but if we do it'll be for very good reason.

MEN saying if he was to leave city wouldn't be replacing him which I did read earlier in this thread but it also says PUMA are dangling a financial carrot to him as well for him to stay.

Surely every player is individually assessed for monetary value so that our 2 investors can be certain ADUG don't make rash decisions.
Any deviation must surely be instructions from above rather than sacrificing cash for payback time to BM.

Sane has a value, if we sell him it's because we think that value will fall if he doesn't sign a contract if he sees his contract out we lose his fee and his wages. We may decide losing that money is worth it to keep him for 2 years. We may decide to cash in but if we do it will be so we don't lose his value not to make money. I have no idea what we'll do but trust the club to make the best choices.

I guess its a balancing act for the club. We paid a relatively low fee to acquire Sane and that’s been written down in the books. His wages for 2 years aren’t an issue - he’s on low wages so if he wants to piss about and sulk for 2 years it’s up to him. The real issues are - are we prepared to miss out on a fee for a point of principle and do we fear Sane will disrupt the squad. On the Puma carrot being dangled I bet Bayern have instructed Adidas to match it. If we have to sell I’d hope we are on the phone offering Sane to PSG or Real Madrid.

Pretty much yes, but if he only wants Germany not much we can do. In some ways its similar to when we wanted KDB Wolfsburg tried to instigate a bidding war with Bayern if I remember, but Kevin , after being persuaded by Txiki, made it clear he only wanted us.

When we signed Sane, Bayern wanted him to run his contract down and join them for free the next summer. The cynic in me wonders whether Bayern have been orchestrating this move since then. They have the ability to sign whomever they want in German football - they are flat track bullies and their arrogant sense of self entitlement will have convinced them that Sane should be their player. Bayern are a vile club, run by a band of self righteous criminals. Personally I would deal with them on any level. Let their calls go to voicemail.
