AS(How would they know?!) reporting that Sané has told City that he wants to join Munich, but that City have taken steps to avoid the transfer
Those reports I presume are coming from Germany? All Bayern have to do is leak this.

AS is a Spanish paper and known bs merchant. Those reports I presume are coming from Germany? All Bayern have to do is leak this.
I think you missed the pertinent point. Leroy Sane does not want to join Bayern Munich.
Well said lad, some people believe any shit they read.AS is a Spanish paper and known bs merchant.
wonder what that could have been?
a little closer but not muchabout as close to humility as that club's ever likely to get.
My money would be on the latter. It’s either them saying we raise the price of oil to sign players, or we think they are involved in the Der Spiegel stuff. Or both.
You’re talking as if it’s still the midst of our great run last season. My guess is this transfer has already been agreed, we're just awaiting for Sane's replacement to land in Manchester.
It would a good move for all sides - Sane needs gametime as he has stopped progressing and cannot claim a place in the first 11 at City, Pep probably needs a more intelligent and hardworking forward capable of playing 'inside', and Bayern need a posterboy for economic reasons.
With no quotes, with it only being a second or third hand source and it being on Twitter I’d say between 0.0-0.00001%And how accurate is @city Xtra And their sources?
In the manner being asked, most definitelyIs asking a question spinning?
Any of us can write stories. Embellish it a bit. Make it sound credible.Would love to know what “step” we have taken to “stop a transfer operation”
Not even sure what that means to be honest
Good post. This thread has brought out the doom n gloom merchants, whether it's reposting false Twitter information or calling your own players "not intelligent or hardworking". I can't wait till it's over one way or another. You’re talking as if it’s still the midst of our great run last season.
That’s gone. It’s history.
We are about to enter a new season with all South American players not able to play, therefore Sané will be getting a lot of game time to start the season. After these games, with Sané playing well, that’s when he will be in the strongest position to negotiate his contract.
Plus with Sané having the best assists per minutes played ratio in our team last season I don’t see how anyone can say he’s stopped progressing. He was as excellent at times last season as he was the season before, he’s added big goals in the biggest games to his bow (Liverpool at home, United away), he’s also taken his free kick taking to a level previously unseen.
We just found a different click in the absence of de Bruyne (who works very well with Sané and him being injured a lot last season affected Sané’s involvement somewhat) with Sterling and Bernardo; it was a winning team Pep didn’t need to change. It wasn’t that Leroy had stopped progressing, just that the winning team didn’t need changing in that run.
de Bruyne will hopefully be back this season with far greater minutes. This will see greater link up with Sané as Kev and him really have a good relationship on the pitch.
