Fair enough, but they were already being tight with the price of Sane and this will take a little dent in their transfer kitty. Just seems the timing with the comments from Bayern's board this week and this news emerging that they may rather get other targets in than take their time on a deal that may well not happen.

I think it's the other way around. We (including Sane) are playing Bayern. They've spent the entire Summer chasing Sane to make one of the most important signings in their recent history - the replacement of Ribery.

They will always win their league, because it''s rubbish, and we saw how weak they have become when they played Liverpool last season.

I think they want Sane to be the face of the club,the poster boy,i think they will continue to press for him till their window closes end of sept i think it is,Sane has plenty of time to see how pep is going to use him and still could ask to leave

I think I rate those three clubs as the three I hate the most. Bayern haven’t shut up moaning about us since about 2011.

Why should he? You rarely get anybody doing that. Players don’t tend to spend time on forums, reading paper gossip etc so these rumours will be nothing more than a passing comment in their ears at most for the majority of them. He will just be ignoring it all and getting on with things whether it’s true or not

Agree but I would have thought that a historical big club would have done business in that way from the start why would they lower themselves to playing childish media games with little old City who could never be as special as them ;)
