That's for sales, but for any incoming PL transfers, it's 5pm. Spuds could cut the time needed to wrap the transfer up by accepting Dybala's pre-season medical tests instead of running their own medical. At the current rate, some top teams are only going to be slightly stronger than they were others none.

If Kane failed to score a single goal, yes, he’d ‘only’ earn £150K per week. But, short of season long injury (for which he’s doubtless insured), he is far more likely to earn £200K per week. Dybala in on about £120K- £130K pw.
Anyway, latest reports from Italy suggest that the deal is now off again! Simply not enough time to sort out the image rights issues.
