Bit of a strange question, we we offered a once only referendum I voted in it and there was a result that favoured
my vote. Why, what else happened?
Since the vote MPs have discovered 'democracy'!

Didn’t stop him ‘insisting’ that there’d need to be a second referendum if it was 52-48, as that would be inconclusive. Apparently it would only have been inconclusive if he’d not been on the winning side.Funny. I recall having one in 1975. Didn't stop Nazi Nige & his cronies campaigning to overturn that 'Once in a lifetime vote' though did it??? Mmmmm
Best of three?
Cometh the hour.....
I think 'no deal' is as much the fault of those who thought they could force us to remain by voting down the WA as those who voted it down for other reasons. A lot of crying over spilt milk, and rather typically those who have enjoyed the finer points of parliamentary procedure over the past year or so now seem most unhappy when it doesn't play to their agenda. When & where did Farage say this? It's a simple enough question which has a bearing on a no deal Brexit.
I'll wait patiently whilst you did it up... Just gonna make a brew in the meantime.
I'm sure someone as obsessed with the Nazis as you appear to be will find Nazism everywhere. For example people drive cars... so did the Nazis!!Using minorities as a reason to change your constitution?
Undemocratically bypassing a parliament to push through your far right agenda?
There's two for a start.
Also, seeing as Brexit is about the UK regaining its sovereignty, what about Ireland's, Scotland's & Gibralter's sovereignty? Where dya stand on those?
I quite recall the Third Reich (Empire) having similar colonialist views... The same views Brexiteers are using against the EU, as our reason for leaving.
MP Jess Phillips response
Surely out means out even if they won by one vote?? Quite amusing isn't it.Didn’t stop him ‘insisting’ that there’d need to be a second referendum if it was 52-48, as that would be inconclusive. Apparently it would only have been inconclusive if he’d not been on the winning side.
Yes - we get out of Europe. Like the majority want and voted for.
MP Jess Phillips response
You mean the ERG? Apparently Brexit wasn't Brexity enough for them. Are you blaming them, the DUP & Boris?I think 'no deal' is as much the fault of those who thought they could force us to remain by voting down the WA as those who voted it down for other reasons. Bit difficult given we are a European country.
What a cock he is. You lost the vote
What’s disappointing is though, is that’s it’s like supporting a football team. Everything they do is great and everything everyone else does is terrible. There’s no dichotomy in wanting Brexit and being uncomfortable about this device being used but, as ever, many have just decided that anything goes as long as they get what they want. It’s why actually having a sensible discussion on the subject of Brexit is all but impossible, which is a major disappointment.I think 'no deal' is as much the fault of those who thought they could force us to remain by voting down the WA as those who voted it down for other reasons. If that is a genuine letter it is extremely unprofessional from Phillips.
She can make her position without being snarky, but it's what i expect from our "Parliamentarians" these days.
I never knew that - what a great post.

Again, a false comparison. I've never said anything like what you've just claimed. You mean she wrote with genuine emotion rather than contrived cobblers? Funny as I thought you guys were all for that ‘straight from the heart, tell it as it is’ malarkey
