I personally find it disgustingly disrespectful that some posters on here trivalse those shocking events

Actually, I am surprised that Mods have not stepped in to seek to ensure some respect to those sickening events and allow these casual comparisons to be made

I know and its been rejected, 3 times by not only the ERG but the vast majority of the stop no deal coalition.

Thankfully A50 says we leave with no deal if a deal can not be agreed and that was voted in by a whopping majority, including most of the no deal lot.

That's a load of absolute crap. I know staunch leavers who did not, and do not, want to leave with no deal. Both remain and leave had a spectrum of opinion (I am not a fan at all of the EU but weighing up the options i felt it would be better for us to stay) and 'no deal' is at the far end of the leave spectrum. General rule of thumb... The ones on the far ends of any spectrum, remain or leave, left or right, should be ignored.
 
Can we at least agree that if the Leave campaign was based on ripping up 40 years of agreements, reneging on payments, shutting the doors of Parliament and having tariffs imposed which is likely to result in the collapse of the farming industry and the £ being in its boot 3 years on that the Leave campaign would not have got off the ground - surely we can agree on that?

I’m aware of the process. No deal was also the most rejected question put to Parliament. The referendum desperately needed another question as to how we leave and that would have pushed parliament to vote that through.

No one wins from here, it’s a huge mess and the damage to the country is unforgivable.

I genuinely want it over so we can concentrate on improving the country and striking trade deals.
