You generalising?
That said - I have no problem admitting that hearing this particular woman sounding distraught yesterday brought a smile to my face
We are heading for an absolute monarchy, Cromwell was offered the Crown and as Johnson looks like he is out to emulate him, it would not surprise me one bit if the narcissist liar sees himself as King.
In the meantime as our democracy burns the proletariat argue over the minutiae of any supposed Brexit deal, its the perfect storm, the Reichstag moment that he has maybe waited for all his life.
All hail King Piffel as him and his fellow demagogues, Trump, Bolsanaro et al herald a return to the dark days of authoritarian fascism.
I just came to post that.
No 10 back peddling furiously over this.....
Changed name, like most things; Many many years ago - not long after joining the EEC I worked for the ACC - used to be referred to as 'the Farmers Bank' - lived in Dublin hotels - wildest time of my life.
Is the ACC still going?
Parliament was elected with a majority against a no deal Brexit. Parliament has consistently voted against a no deal Brexit. Suspension is designed to limit their capacity to vote against a no deal Brexit. If you want Parliament to vote and agree on a Brexit option then the executive can negotiate and present one to Parliament.
If the executive cannot do so and Parliament will not accept a no deal Brexit then Parliament should be dissolved, manifestos spelling out what each party seeks in terms of Brexit and a fresh mandate sought from the people.
Bet you loved it when that protester screamed in her face that she was Nazi scum a few months ago.You generalising?

Hmmm - where did the EU get the £3.2m from?
Is that the same bloke who bought armoured water cannons when he was Mayor of London?I think you are doing Bojo an injustice - he is not the stuff of fascist dictators
They did. They haven’t revoked A50. Also honouring means studying the terms of the exit carefully and choosing the best possible path out of the EU with a minimum of disruption. MPs represent their entire constituency. Not just the ones who voted Leave.

No resignations yet?Davidson expected to resign today.
Will be interesting to see if Rudd,Hancock,Gove and Javid follow suit. They all came out strongly against prorogation before yesterday's announcement.
Like many people - a lot on here - it is likely that the only thing that will make you happy is that we RemainWe have a good deal, I want to lose as little of it as possible. But every deal is worse than what we had.
Fuck - we had a period when there were posts exulting on the fact that Leave voters will have diminished through to 'natural causes'I really no longer give a fuck - I genuinely look forward to their lifestyle and life expectancy returning to 1970-72 levels - can't come soon enough for me so they learn some fucking home truths.
Hmmm - where did the EU get the £3.2m from?
He is a **** though.I think you are doing Bojo an injustice - he is not the stuff of fascist dictators
