Thanks for the life story which is totally irrelevant to the point I made.
I asked if AC thought their would be no problems for any UK citizens in the EU or any EU citizens in the UK as a result of No Deal. He, and you, sidetracked and made some daft points that were clear deflections which presumably means you can’t deny that there is likely to be some disruption for some people, which you are obviously happy with because you used to live in South Africa and had to fill some forms in once.

Of course there will be some fucking disruption as there no doubt is right now.

The world you have invented doesn’t exist lol.

I also have to fill in forms here now and then, you as well would be my guess.

How do you cope mate?

Much worse, and after having the operation some years ago, take my advice and stick with the haemorrhoids,
the 'Cure' is having your legs slung in the air like some pornstar, your ringpiece widened with clamps and a scalpel wielded like a Ghurka knife
inside it.
Anyway, I digress;)
Wire brush and Dettol.

Great every time I see you post I will be thinking of the grapes of wrath

Go on then. What did "knew which side he was on" imply?

The winning side

Yes, no problem with anyone, Spanish or otherwise, if they're here and contributing. These Spaniards, like our Brits
use the NHS the same as we use theirs, it's called reciprocation.
We even had it when Spain was all fascisty, so I would imagine that even if some demon conjures up the reincarnation
of Franco, a broken ankle will probably get seen to in Benidorm.

You use different language when you talk about the British in Spain. You probably refer to them as expats in daily life. Whereas the Spanish here are immigrants right? I hope when we leave you actually stand up for the Europeans here!

Car rental firm in UK has 50% non British in the call centre. Already moving jobs abroad because EU staff are going home or won't come - they need foreign staff because few Brits can speak a language other than English.

Barnier has written a piece for the Telegraph.

Some highlights:

-Backstop is designed to protect the current status quo and won’t be removed
-Any alternative arrangements will only be discussed/sought during the transition period which only comes with the WA.
-If the UK chooses no deal then the UK’s financial obligations remain as will their international obligations under the GFA.

It's not even remotely strange.

The EU has been very clear all along that it would like a deal and that a deal would be beneficial for both sides. What they do not want is a deal which is bad for the EU, one which allows the UK to cherry pick the benefits of membership whilst walking away from the responsibilities and obligations. And neither are they as desperate, nor would be as up shit creek as we would be if we don't get one. Hardly surprising when you consider the % of their GDP exported to us, vs the other way around.

It's really not hard to understand this.
EU's reasons for wanting a deal go far beyond economics. They would still prefer us to stay.
