I’ve seen the documentary he’s referring too and don’t remember that happening.
It does happen, but its a couple of young Eurocrats messing around.

I wish I could share your optimism.Boris the Tory remainer playing a blinder here.
Knows the remain alliance will win the vote tomorrow, talks up bringing forward a GE, knowing full well the commons won't vote in sufficient numbers for it, and guess what? Brexit kicked into the long grass. Again. And he can turn around and say "I tried, I really tried"
Millions of votes from the working classes ignored, Chablis and Roquefort consumed in record quantities all over the middle class suburbs and boardrooms of the nation, and the Tories can go back to blaming the EU for everything, safe in the knowledge they'll never have to actually leave.
Corbyn can go back to being heckler-in-chief for a few more years before being quietly replaced with yet another right wing labour leader and taking his seat in the lord's "to continue the fight for working people"
I've just been sick in my mouth as I type this as it's hit me that I'll now have to put up with being called a thick northern racist (by avowed white supremacists to make it even more hilarious) for another 40 years.

As always, along with Dublin and their discretionary funding...GAA the big winner.
You genuinely think this is some sort of Johnson masterplan to keep us in? I knew some would accuse him of that at some stage but I didn’t think it would be this quick
There is no good Brexit. Once that is accepted we can all move on, sign the current WA which is on the table and get on with our lives whilst leaving the lunatic fringe out where they belong screaming ‘clean brexit’ or any other similar empty sound bite
It does happen, but its a couple of young Eurocrats messing around.
Well that was pointless.
Be still my beating heart. Oh that this is true. I can't see it myself, but who knows.Boris the Tory remainer playing a blinder here.

Taxes can continue to be lowered for the richest in society whilst the poorest have their safety nets obliterated year on year
The relevant links were in the original post - the bits in blue - and the Sky News link was posted separately which showed footage of Verhofstadt and his underlings immediately followed by a direct quote from the book as follows -"we managed it, after 2 years we kicked them out on our terms and conditions - we finally turned them into a colony - our plan from the start." Boulton then observes - "so the wicked Europeans were trying to do us in all along ....a punishment deal?" - "Quite true, just a lighthearted but accurate description of what happened" was the reply from Lode Desmet, whose book is based on his recorded material, some of which appeared in the BBC 4 documentary.I'd ask for a link but you'd never supply it, so I won't bother.
Oh dear, inebriate in the afternoon - most unbecoming.'Prorogueation' - you'll find that's actually the (very interesting) correct spelling if you look into it.
Brilliant? I can think of many words to describe Johnson, brilliant was not one of them.brilliant Boris. proud of you.

Look at the tax rates for the wealthiest in European society 20 years ago, then 10 years ago, then today and you will see a trend.Continue? What tax cuts are these?
