Apparently if this is upheld in the courts in uk the earliest they will come back is 7th October because of there conferences.

Leadsom on the government's not publishing Yellowhammer:

I actually do not think that it serves people well to see what is the absolutely worst thing that could happen. The worst thing that could happen to me is I could walk out of here and get run over. It is not a prediction, but it is something that could happen. And simply putting out there all of the possible permutations of what could happen actually just serves to concern people.
Project fear! I suppose you want us all to live in a nanny state where we subject children to actual propoganda campaigns telling them they need to look both ways when we cross the roads!

if upheld could he....oh irony of ironies.....take it to the European Court? The idea of a British PM seeking a ruling from the European Court on a decision they don't like taken in the UK Courts and disputed in the Commons on a decision that revolves around " restoring power to our Parliament and Courts by taking back control from the EU " will be fucking full Bozo the Clown !

Thing with it is the more they refuse to show and the more they wriggle the more dodgy it all looks to the public - they may as well resort to " we could show you but then we'd have to kill you " as a reason

Apparently the ruling means that there is nothing to stop MPs returning to parliament pending the appeal. Will they turn up tomorrow?

What happens if the appeal fails, or even passes, but deems Johnson has lied to the queen? Immediate resignation or can the Queen sack him?

Does saying it was unlawful mean the Commission proroguing parliament was of no effect? Doing something unlawful doesn't necessarily mean the result is set aside.
