I just cannot see that Raul Pinto just decided one day to hack into Manchester City. In Mr.Pinto case he woke up one morning let's it is a Tuesday, you know I will hack into Manchester city today just for fun and see what I can find, to make me some money. Sorry but I just cannot see that. Someone from either UEFA or from another footballing authority must have given him a nod to do this. Otherwise what is the point of doing this unless someone gave him some incentive to do this, either money or some other incentive.

Once UEFA has finished it's investigation, then and only then is it time to take Mr. Raul Pinto to court for damages.

denislawsbackheel. I mean when he comes out, then we take him for every euro he's got. I would leave him with just 1 euro. I also mean that if he owns any property that also ahs to be sold. Maybe that would put of any future hackers trying to break into M.C.F.C., for their own or somebody else's personnel gain.

If he wants to be left with anything he would then have to come completely clean, and tell us everybody that put him up to this hacking. Should he name name's then we go after them as well, and take them to the cleaners.

Far as I've seen, he didn't hack any English clubs. That info came from elsewhere

UEFA, with the cartel breathing down their necks and knowing that they have very little chance of finding City guilty on the available evidence, deliberately sabotage their own investigations by breaching procedural practices,
They eventually announce that City are as guilty as it’s possible to be ever, in the history of guilty things!
CAS throw the case out for breaches of procedural practices.
UEFA shrug their shoulders and say ‘we did our best, they’re guilty but got off on a technicality’
Case closed- and City have the stain of not being completely exonerated and still very guilty in the eyes of the media and other fans.
Job done uefa.
Or am I completely mistaken?
Nope.
The whiff of "technicality" still hangs over Pep in the Brescia/PED's case. This will be the same and is the best that the Illuminati can hope for.

Thanks for this.
As you say ‘so many unknowns’
I still find it bizarre that the only leaks to DS concerned solely City and apparently no-one else, unless there were, but they were deemed insufficient to warrant investigation. I’m not a betting man but I wonder what the odds would be.
Also, I’m no lawyer but I wonder if it isn’t possible for the court dealing with pinto and his nefarious activities to subpoena the evidence which everyone knows exists, both from him and DS.

Don’t bet, don’t law, what do you do?

Pinto is a small time crook - obviously a capable hacker and his sole motivation in all his activities is to make money. He’s acquired a huge volume of football related emails - those with access to the millions of emails have - for reasons best known to them to have scrutinised the emails largely relating to us but there must be stuff on other clubs... there’s clearly been no systematic review of the emails - there can’t just be dirt on us. I’d speculate that Pinto has been manipulated, used and paid by others - hopefully his subsequent trial will uncover who’s been pulling his strings and depositing money into his Swiss bank accounts. It will be interesting to know whether Pinto tried to blackmail City - it has to be possible. Pinto’s trial has the potential to undermine the entire football establishment. I just hope the Portuguese prosecutors do a decent job.

One of your best posts. I am sure he will have a few quid left when he gets it of the gaol.

Some people seem to think footy leaks only did Man City

The leaked database was investigated by the EIC
https://eic.network/projects/football-leaks
The Times are the British representative in this body
They basically wrote no articles
Des Spegiel wrote lots, mainly on City
The Black Sea did lots of articles based around Malta and Turkey
https://theblacksea.eu/stories/?dossier=Football Leaks

Just because you only saw the City articles, doesn't mean they were the only ones published. They were just the ones our media went crazy over

Yep can you show me all those scouse and rags emails in those leaks.

Apologies - just catching up on this thread - gone back quite a few pages and find lots of posts that suggest that there is some 'breaking news' - has something happened?

Yeah, good post. The Times, of course, allowed Syed to write two articles condemning City, riddled with factual inaccuracies.

A few weeks ago, it was an open and shut case. They clearly did not have all their ducks in a row.

I hope this is face saving by them or waiting for it to be forgotten about.

If they did try to enforce anything seriously they may drag things out so as to wait until Pep leaves before doing so - to try to maximise damage to us in a potentially vulnerable moment, plus they wouldn't be denying the world of football the enjoyment of arguably its greatest manager ever (who would also no doubt be quite vociferous in his condemnation of it) so as to cause less of a stink.

Maybe I’m being really cynical but hope it’s not a case of it being too late to ban us this season so they’re keeping their powder dry to unleash another assault just as we’re picking up another set of trophies in May.
