Prorogation - Judgment Day:10.30am Tuesday 24/9/19

I'm just waiting for one to break ranks.

"I was told by Cummings that if I spoke up he would expose my sexual fetish of being sat on by naked fat women with various fruit and vegetables I eat from inside them. Considering the current state of this country that is now considered normal..."

I think that's one of Donald's favourites.

You think it is acceptable that mps are refusing to act in the interests of the majority who voted in the largest referendum vote ever in this county?

I don’t find that funny in anyway.

MPs are doing their constitutional duty by acting in the best interests of ALL their constituents, as they see it.

What today's decision demonstrates is that it was unlawful for the government to purport to prevent them from doing just that.

I'm buggered to know what happens next.

Surely he can't try prorogation again? My guess is he'll get back and Parliament will force him to request an extension.

But he can't do that.

Maybe he'll retire to his ditch and resign?

In truth I haven't a clue.

Imo, he will certainly be considering doing it again.

But but I thought we needed to take back control from them?

Lol. Interesting that the spoilt Tory elite like Toby Young are already demanding a change in the Court system. These spoilt brats think they can get their own way all the time and if they can’t buy or bully their way to what they want then things need to be changed. Spoilt little brats don’t even take defeat with dignity.

Surely it would be normal for any Prime Minister, even a Tory one, to have actually spoken to the country by now ?

It's not as if he didn't know the judgement would be announced today.

He'd have a fucking live quote if he'd won, that's for sure.

He almost certainly knew the substance of the judgment some time yesterday.

They were born to rule, playing fields of Eton and all that bollocks.

This.

Born to privilege, born to expect to get their own way, born to walk over everyone else and born to expect that the law doesn’t apply to them - no surprise that Johnson and Rees- Mogg et al have gotten themselves into this mess.

Which MP's ? The ERG types or the remain ones? They both voted down May's deal. Cameron? It was his commitment as PM to deliver on the result, that was nearly 4 years ago and he has gone?
