Only went to Court of Session after the English court said nothing to see. How stupid must that court feel today. Thankfully having the Scottish judiciary meant he couldn't get away with it.

The English court said the matter was not judiciable. Court of Session in Scotland disagreed and ruled which the Supreme Court has upheld.

We aren't going anywhere. We like it. What we will do hopefully is create a better place and attract another 500,000 English people to come live and work here as a better fairer place. Tory free. That's worth fighting for.
