On his day, he’s unplayable. But most of the time, he doesn’t even now seem to try. He’s like a much better version of Balotelli - bags of ability but no mental strength or discipline. Unfortunately it’s that side of his game which is most prevalent hence the majority view on him. He’s not short of talent though.

I have never seen him have more than a good 15-20 minute spell in a game. Never ever takes a game by the scruff of the neck like Silva, KDB, Bernardo do on a regular basis. The most ridiculously overhyped player I have seen in my 50 years of watching football.

I think that’s the nail on the head about getting hold of the game more. He’s got all the tools but as it stands is almost the ultimate luxury player. No interest in grafting, picking up second balls and worst of all, rarely tracking back even when he’s given the ball away. Unforgivable, that.

Is he as good as Jordan Ibe?

Sorry but if you really think Pogba is a superb player than I can't take you seriously. Graeme Souness (one of the best to ever play for your club) has described him as "over-rated." I'll accept his view. Paul Scholes has called him average. I will agree with him as well. Pogba is a media myth for me.
He’s a social media footballer...

When was his day?
Name a match where he was “unplayable” for 90 minutes.
Never happened.
There are times recently when I've watched that shower on TV ( not much other decent comedy on at the mo) and honestly thought he wasn't playing. Now unless the Tv co's are editing him out he does very little, one storming cross field ball every so often but most of the time he gets dispossessed in mid field and his bottom lip hits the turf. He's not a fighter.

Haha...I’m with you now. I think the original sentiment came from RAWK which explains a lot. Nobody I know thinks anything like that.
Now they don’t, but I spoke to many a Liverpool supporter at the time of the Sterling transfer that genuinely felt they wouldn’t miss him because they had Ibe ready to take his place in the team.

But that’s a discussion for another thread.

Fair tackle. To be fair, I rated him myself but he wasn’t mentally strong enough for a top level club in my book.

I smell bullshit or a WUM. Watched him play for Juve when it was rumoured we were in for him. A totally unimpressive player. He was then in the Euros and again totally unimpressive. In fact I have never ever seen him play a good game. He must be hiding his talent very well.

Asked the BBC why they’d put the United vs Rochdale game at the top of the fixtures last week - when all the other fixtures were alphabetical- the reply.... nothing to do with us - an agency did it ! Lol. The BBCs standard response.

Willo Flood had as many good moments as Carlton Pogba.

This is what happens when you waste all your time in checking DNA and dancing over it instead of doing work on field

It’s not a wind up, it’s a difference of opinions, that’s all. What points would I want to score using some **** from their place?

Pogba's record does not stand up to any scrutiny. In his best season at Juve he played attacking midfield and scored 8 league goals (including one pen). This was in a dominant Juve team which strolled through very slow-paced games against poor opposition all season. The people who say he is great are indoctrinated by the media and do not attend matches. He looks great on Youtube. The United season ticket holders I know (who have watched the Rags since the 70s) say he is shite. In fact I have never met a matchgoing United fan who says anything different but there is an army of people on Twitter (and in the media) who say he is great. Pogba is a fraud. Lingard's stats are better then his at United!
