Wonder what our largest points gap is in the 3 point era?

Whatever it is, probably last years 32, it's another record that's going to go.

Yeah,it will go.....I posted the other day that if the points tally ran consecutive since they last won the league.......wed be 98 points above them.

A mate commented on a United news feed on Facebook which was then highlighted on my home page. I thought I’d have a look at the comments and they didn’t disappoint...

I can honestly see them getting zero points. Newcastle are desperate and this is exactly the kind of fixture they need to get some momentum. Unfortunately I can see the Dippers steamrolling the Rags and Norwich are a decent side who will fancy their chances. Can you imagine the Rags with 9 points off 13 games and in the bottom four. Oh, happy days.

Erm..............................

Steve fucking Bruce....

How long have you been watching football??? They still think that now never mind in the past

My point is that we must never take on these attitudes.
United have had them and still have them, and it's one of the factors fucking up their club.
"We are Manchester United" therefore "we" should win everything. It doesn't work like that and God prohibit we should ever get into that mindset.
Even the greatest empires fall - but especially when they convince themselves they are untouchable.

It's the younger generation who could take that attitude....no way an old school blue takes that attitude, having been where they have been,IMO.

Quite, but there is a growing generation (hard though it is for us to realise) who have never seen a really bad City team. Their numbers swell with every year.

In the event of relegation, and in light of the completely unreported change to PL FPP regulations allowing them unprecedented wage rises in this season, I wonder if the PL will substantially adjust the ‘parachute payments’ upwards for teams dropping into the championship? You know, just as an experiment for a year...

Feel bit dirty but I want them to take 6 points from next two games. First a big 0:4 win at Newcastle to give them confidence and energy for Dippers game, than hard fought lat minute 1:0 win with van Diyk headbutting James after the goal that provokes a mass brawl which leaves only Fred and Lovren not being sent off.

Yeah, the growing generation, that was my point,me,personally,I'll gloat,of course I will, but I'll never have the arrogance or disrespect towards every other team on the planet like they did.......its come back to bite them on the arse......and I love it.

The season we 'fall' we will all remember TSWWWS! Won't be a problem for us!

I'm loving Ole's post match comments. They were positive and only didn't win because of a nailed on penalty not given, just like at arsenal. Every report I have seen of the game, plus the fiteen minutes or so I saw on BT, they were pretty poor and it was only because AZ were equally poor in possession that they didn't get beat. But as soon as they start getting the favourable decisions they'll be ok.

Aside from the fact that there seems to be no reaction from either uefa or the fa on his comments on the penalties, he is basically saying that if the referee was on board with man united then they'd be fine. Because it's what he knows from his previous experience with the club I imagine?

He might get the boot after the Newcastle game to get that ‘change uplift’ often seen in a team prior to the dippers game which will be seen as important to the rags and maybe their last chance at getting their season started. Whatever happens, I’m fucking loving it.

I cant believe United are complaining about Penalties not be awarded to them this year. Some interesting stats out there dispelling what he says - They have had more than anyone, they've had 1 out of every 4 penalties awarded this season. But this was the best:

that is

that is the real reason why united are fucked ?? hoping for a pen that they feel is the divine right because of the badge
in a 3rd rate competition that was built to give the smaller clubs a chance of european glory is now the home of the mighty manchester united well well well

Never forget how these twats laughed, jeered, sneered, mocked, and took the piss out of us for decades. I personally hope they suffer for more years to come and some. I know of a few 'hardcore' fans of theirs who now follow Stockport, Salford and fc United but way back these fickle bunch was always the first to gob off and gloat.
I love these fuckers getting beat and love any goal going in against them.
Never forget these are our enemy and always will be. I'm not the one for bragging and being a gobshite with them, doesn't do anything for me but I jump about like a fuckin madman when they are losing and conceding and that is every other week now.
Fuck your Scousers, fuck your Chelsea, these are my main rivals and always will be.
Made my morning that :-)
