Bernado Silva misconduct charge: one game ban, £50k fine

Just so I've got this straight, you 2 geniuses have read that Bernardo requested an extension and have made it part of a conspiracy theory where the FA is delaying in order to ban him for Anfield.
Haha, when you put it like that....but a bit like referees in a close game when free kicks are being awarded late on, it gives them an option to screw us over.

"Bernardo Silva has been charged with misconduct for a breach of FA Rule E3 in relation to a social media post on September 22, 2019.

"It is alleged that the Manchester City player's activity breaches FA Rule E3(1) as it was insulting and/or improper and/or brought the game into disrepute."

The FA statement continued: "It is further alleged that the activity constitutes an "aggravated breach", which is defined in FA Rule E3(2), as it included reference, whether expressed or implied, to race and/or colour and/or ethnic origin.

"The midfielder has until 9 October 2019 to provide a response."
Excellent. So not Racism then

John Terry was cleared of racism by the British courts but guilty of the same charge by the FA's kangaroo court. Until we get transcripts or even videos of FA "court cases" then it will be accused of unfairness.
Not really a case of unfairness the FA have no more evidence than we do, and that is pretty pathetic, Suarez was charged with using racist language but with no evidence other than a proven liars, he was found guilty of lying to the panel ` i forgot the word they used, something like incomparable evidence ` the FA will get Bernardo, but Kick it out are the ones that have accused Bernardo and he can sue them

If we are honest, we all know deep down Bernie is going to miss the dippers game through this. It's just one more little thing the FA can do to help the dippers .
