Dominic Raab on Marr, totally confusing high levels of employment with workers rights.

There is simply no correlation between them.

Marr as usual doesn't follow up and question his ridiculous statement
The African slaves in the early 19th century USA had full employment.

The scouse victim mentality is strong Vic.

The CPS and the Met police found no evidence, none despite you saying it was there and people would be going to jail etc etc.

Like the Trump thread in which he is being impeached in the next hour for certain this time, you post up tweets as some sort of proof when in reality it reaffirms your own victim mentality and nothing else.

I don't think I said anything at all about the CPS. The Met just said there was insufficient evidence to investigate criminal offences but the "technical" offences under PPERA are still offences.

Have you seen and read the deal because labour said they haven't despite telling us all what was wrong with it?

Keir Starmer and his team have definitely read the revised Withdrawal Agreement which is why he takes the lead on prosecuting Labour’s case. I thought he did a good job of that yesterday during the debate. Well the bits I saw anyway.

Why do you think Labour haven’t read it?

Others have and the CPS make the final decision but back to the technical offences we go........yeah, remain campaigns also found guilty of technical offences and all found not to have influenced the vote in any way by the electoral commission.

One day this will hopefully be dropped? My guess is the day after we revoke and remain.

within the remit of their Party whip of course - I mean if a staunch Labour voter is in a strong Tory seat he can ask that MP to represent his views but not entitled to expect that the MP will call for say re-nationalisation of the railways just because a Labour voter wants it.

I know you are bright so I am not aiming this at you but really asking are you - like me - amazed that after 3 years of this shit there are so many people who claim to have been energised into politics when what they mean is they have taken a side in the Brexit debate and despite all that they see they are still clueless about politics in the UK. The parties, the way Parliament works, what the UK democracy is in terms of party and voting ( both in the house and FPTP ) and so on. I have seen people on the TV interviewed in the street surprised to learn that Farage for example isn't a sitting MP ( also amazed he has failed to get elected so many times ) and as such cannot therefore become PM and enact democracy (ie do what they want in regard to the one issue that interests them). Baffles me how little so many have learned since the referendum.
I’m not remotely amazed, no.

It did indeed off the back of manifesto promises to get brexit done.

Anyway, been done to death.

Revoke the fucker and lets have another GE and lets see who we elect.
Not any old brexit though...
Ah poor old Theresa. If only she had worked out that the best solution was to capitulate to the EU’s demands early on, including putting up an internal border between NI and mainland Britain, and hailing it a ‘tremendous deal’ she would have been acclaimed a hero by the Brexit supporting press.

Politics is a rough old game.
You obviously mean the same old brexit plan that Johnson ruthlessly opposed and now heroically has "negotiated".

Man Barnier already was apparently "quite sick of it" before the vote, i can get that when youre at some heights of a political carreer with retirement in sight that the last thing you'd wanna spend more time on is this Brexit.

What is there more to say at this point than that Britain has opened Pandora's box and is stuck with it now? I guess we could say you guys are fucked, granted it's a bit of a exaguration to put it like that as it's not like Britain will vanish under the north sea waves now. Probably it will just suck a bit in various ways but notably i don't see anyone who can present some path out of this that doesn't have the kind of negative consequences that make you wish you'd never opened the box in the first place.

My condolence's to all those brits who are in that terrible position that they pretty much saw the mess comming but they are stuck with it anyway.

We are where we are and we are just going to have to make the most of it.

Gawd bless yer Mr Duck.

Here are the six tests Labour have specified:

1. Does it ensure a strong and collaborative future relationship with the EU?

2. Does it deliver the “exact same benefits” as we currently have as members of the Single Market and Customs Union?

3. Does it ensure the fair management of migration in the interests of the economy and communities?

4. Does it defend rights and protections and prevent a race to the bottom?

5. Does it protect national security and our capacity to tackle cross-border crime?

6. Does it deliver for all regions and nations of the UK?

Johnsons deal doesn't guarantee 1,2,3,4,5 and 6. Maybe through proper scrutiny it will get closer but I tend to doubt it.

Here's the ONE test Labour have specified:

1. Does it ensure we stay in the EU.

Honest to God, anyone who thinks that lot above is deliverable, must have a brain the size of a pea.

They are mutually incompatible objectives which are completely undeliverable as a whole.

I seem to recall that the six items were what more or less what was promised by the Leave campaign. I’m puzzled at your response. Surely the Leave campaign wasn’t totally based on lies?

Its insulting.

"We will negotiate a deal that ensure we have access to the SM, the CU and will ensure FOM and protect this, that and tother........"

Just revoke and get it fucking over with instead of insulting people.
