Further from my post 1356,with regards to FA inquiry,are the FA permitted to ask for and view banking details of the two coaches who moved to L,pool.Are the FA allowed to view L,pools account to see who authorised the payment to City..Just wondering that’s all.The two coaches have risen to a great status,is it because they are good at what they do,or,they have the “leverage” on a member of L,pool,s board.Just asking.
