And yet the FA are asking Liverpool for their comments. If City have forensic evidence, the FA will have to tread very carefully. If they are shown not to regulate the game despite evidence of malpractise that could land them in trouble.They give the FA some bullshit answers and the FA say "Oh that's alright then".

If any punishment happens (which I highly doubt), two fines and worst case scenario a suspended transfer ban for them.
I have no idea, but it feels like a Court of law issue, rather than a FA case. I think City's decision to do nothing at the time probably puts an end to it....
