Wouldn't think it's likely. It's not their business yet.

it seems more like CAS have made it clear they are not going to be the ‘way out’ yet again for UEFA. The ball is firmly back in UEFAs court and CAS will need to keep their hands clean because this matter may well be heading back to them once UEFA do make a decision. All this leaking does undermine the credibility of the whole process because it certainly looks like UEFA are not making objective decisions and that all sorts of horse trading is going on with the major clubs, leagues and other assorted dictators!

If these stories from yesterday are true it sounds like UEFA have been guided to dismiss the case, I can't see any other reason why CAS would throw out are appeal after this length of time,otherwise they would have done it immediately if it is against the rules
