Seems we traditional Labour supporters on here are not the only ones deserting the party as a result of the policies of the current leadership and the attitudes of its followers like yourself who have no tolerance for normal, balanced centrist Labour voters:

There are more and more examples like this coming to the fore as the stranglehold of the purists will consign Labour to a party of increasingly less relevance over the years - starting next month
It is truly a shame for those of a centre-left persuasion and UK democracy as a whole where there is a need for a credible choice to the Conservatives.
I would suspect that the next 20 years will lead to a decade of Tory dominance - thanks to the left-wing purists - and a reversal of roles between the LibDems and Labour with the LBs being established as the main opposition party and Labour becoming the marginalised protest group.
As I say - a true shame but you reap what you sow and at least it will see an complete end to the influence of the likes of McClusky
