U got any suggestions for saving the planet Ancient?
Yes, population controls, much easier to get agreements worldwide, a guaranteed eventual CO2 reduction,
and no need for fad diets or living in huts wrapped in hemp robes.
All for another thread though.

Even though he was a 'pinko' Tory, 'Red Ed' blew that election.
And there's your problem right there, Len.

There was universal agreement that Labour lost the 2015 general election because Ed Milliband was too left wing. Of course Corbyn, makes Milliband look more like Enoch Powell, and yet the idiots in Momentum and on the hard left, fail to see it. The PLP saw it when trying to oust Corbyn with the majority of 82% having no confidence in their own leader. But still he soldiers on. For half a league, half a league, half a league onwards ...

Aaron Banks Twitter account has been hacked lots of juicy private messages being shared right now, like the pact agreed between his pal Farage and Johnson. The Cambridge Analitica band is back together under a new banner currently working with the Republicans, Leave UK is back again under a new banner. Lots and leaks and probably lots more to come (sorry no pictures anyone is on FB The Daily Politik is drip feeding them out right now.

And 10k cash sitting in his safe for someone to pick up. Love that people are complaining about it being leaked, these are the same people that were buzzing when clintons emails were leaked and ultimately lost her the election.

Why the constant need for you to chip in wth comments about posters and lumping us all in as some mass coordinated movement? I have replied to @kevin horlocks wand and it's clear that we take different views. I'm not twisting anything and resent the implication. Your constant parroting of the same lines (ie inconvenient truths yadder yadder)is pretty tiresome.

As to the one point you make in your post- well that at least is a good question and I've partly addressed it in my reply. There is a need for cultrual change in respect of proactively managing our health generally, not just in respect of the dentist. Its the same culture that sees a high proprtion of children starting school without basic skills they should have learnt at home and which sees an attitude of entitlement in all ages in respect of the NHS fixing the sort of problems that could be preventable.

Would you agree that it would be good if 100% of chidren attended regular dental check ups and if so what measures would you like to see introduced to encourage that?

Would you also think it a good thing to prevent higher health bills in future by doing something now at a cost to encourage early detection? For example free dental check ups?

Respectfully - if you are irritated that I seem to have "....about posters and lumping us all in as some mass coordinated movement?..." and in people generally doing this, then you should have been making comments on the Brexit threads over the years to object to the extreme manner in which Remainers have done that to Leave supporters.

But, back to the point - I make these sorts of comments what might seem quite frequently - because they are in response to the vast number of posts on here in which people are indeed deflecting, twisting facts and denying the truths - obviously they are therefore inconvenient.

I know that people of the far(ish) left and Remain supporters would prefer the forum to be simply an echo chamber - are you one of those?

Re the substance of what you say re costs of health and prevention through detection - that is patently good sense - but that is also a deflection from what was being discussed earlier - where I was just supporting the views of someone that had been correct in what they said.

That has nothing to do with anything I have said and nothing to do with the post of mine to which you asked why I was repeating myself

More distraction - is it your only method?

So only your "facts" (which usually aren't facts but your opinion) matter but no-one else's.

Why is it distraction to remind people of campaign statements? That must mean Gove was distracting in March when he said he couldn't support No Deal because he had promised we would still be in a free trade zone from Iceland to the Russian border.

It is all about personal opinions and I respect your right to hold yours - and you should be tolerant of myself holding mine.

All you have done is - like fumle - distract from what should be a deeply concerning issue for all LP supporters - and you focus on the source of the reporting rather than the detail of the content.

Frankly - whenever I tune in LBC seems to have been the goto place for all Remain supporters and anti-Tory views - so I have no idea how you can make your initial comment - and if you can point to "....several web pages that claim the total opposite of the " labour heading for oblivion "...." I suggest that they must be wholly biased

But you are right - we will see what occurs on the 12th

But back to the substance of my post rather than the deflection - are you not concerned by that report?
Not especially no ? People fall out in the workplace all the time so nothing in particular to worry about IMHO . Negative publicity against Corbyn has been a daily occurrence since 2015:if he didn't worry people he wouldn't be getting so much would he ?

No they hadn’t (been correct)

And now I think I understand you chip in all the time to comment on posters rather than the substance of their posts because remainers did it to leavers and I shouldn’t complain about it being done to me because I didn’t complain about it being done to you.

At least we agree that this particular labour policy is sensible

I am more concerned tbh " morally outraged " clp member who has quit is a close ally of Keith vaz ffs !!

Does anyone actually fancy sharing the Tweets before they get deleted please??

No good just saying it’s been hacked.

Big difference this isn't a person who is directly connected towards any of the two parted who could win the GE.

What are your theories on how to control the population of the globe? Tell half the world god got it wrong and in fact contraception is a good thing? Promote abortions? Education? Eradication?

For fuck sake! Change the record....

So - I think that what you are saying is:

"FFS I want to have the right to post deflections from important points raised and never have to explain myself?"

"FFS - I don't want people on here reading things that I am uncomfortable with - so please let me just deflect?"

"And FFS that last thing you posted about a CLP Chair quitting the party after more than 30 years due to his views on Corbyn - is a proper inconvenient truth and I want everyone to avoid considering what this means about how the party is becoming unelectable?"

"Can you guys not just fuck off and leave the forum to be the echo chamber that we feel it is our right to make it?"

Have I got the gist of what you are saying correct?

"text" : "Agreed. I loved your tweet about the. Couldn't have agreed more. But can't say it in public now we have the Sun baggage over Hillsborough as a Murdoch company",

"text" : "People outside the bubble couldn't care less about hillsborough",

Julia hartley brewer is the top message.

More deflection - that is what you were doing earlier - it is increasingly all you seem to do

What is this?

Aaron banks the guy who funded leave.eu and the brexit party, some interesting shit about his involvement with Donald trump too.

Any idea who Tony Amato is one of the messages says he is friends with Russia and the US.

Tony Amato

"text" : "You should understand how media misrepresent totally the truth .. in any event Obama been a disaster and some major changes on the way! \nWe remain friends with Russia and the USA \uD83C\uDDFA\uD83C\uDDF8",

Seems we traditional Labour supporters on here are not the only ones deserting the party as a result of the policies of the current leadership and the attitudes of its followers like yourself who have no tolerance for normal, balanced centrist Labour voters:

https://www.lbcnews.co.uk/politics/...-clp-chair-quits-branding-corbyn-a-clown-who/

There are more and more examples like this coming to the fore as the stranglehold of the purists will consign Labour to a party of increasingly less relevance over the years - starting next month

It is truly a shame for those of a centre-left persuasion and UK democracy as a whole where there is a need for a credible choice to the Conservatives.

I would suspect that the next 20 years will lead to a decade of Tory dominance - thanks to the left-wing purists - and a reversal of roles between the LibDems and Labour with the LBs being established as the main opposition party and Labour becoming the marginalised protest group.

As I say - a true shame but you reap what you sow and at least it will see an complete end to the influence of the likes of McClusky
Wow. A CLP chair flounces off. Friend of Keith Vaz too. A pity, but no regrets from most party members of any persuasion I imagine.
