The latter one does raise why so many vox pops are with leavers. So it's not just perception, does anyone know if any media watchers done any research into how many leaver / remainer vox pops are broadcast (which may of course be different from how many were interviewed)?

I suspect its because so many interviews are with remainers like him or JRM or Gove and so on. They agree to take calls and its like a red rag to a bull. When leavers are interviewed there is far less they can be pulled up or attacked upon - remaining wasn't a threat to Nissan in Sunderland staying or leaving for example - the lies about an EU army being around the corner are debunked and oddly enough the entire population of Turkey still refuse to move here.

a quick look on zoopla and terraced houses in Hazel Grove start at £145k and go to £425k - here in the Boro you can knock £100k off the lowest price and ex-council houses are in the £245k range - don't put yourself down mate compared to some you are landed gentry - you should open your house at weekends for the hoi polloi to look around and picnic in the gardens.................rope off the areas that are your living quarters of course............

Nothing as labour do not intend to raise tax for earnings below £80,000 and freeze that for four years (virtually the length of the Parliament )
Income tax
- Anyone earning more than £80,000-a-year will see their income tax rate hikes from 40p to 45p in the pound, documents released alongside the manifesto show
- And anyone earning more the £123,000-a-year will pay a new 50p rate of tax
- Nobody earning less than £80,000-a-year - which accounts for 95% of earners - will pay a penny more in tax under Labour plans, the manifesto states
- These new taxes will raise £6.4bn
We've also ruled out raising VAT and NIC .

So where will the missing £495bn deficit come from to pay for the rest of Labour's spending?

No.... because that immediately alienates a large number of the electorate.
The Tories ignore the wishes of 16.8 million who voted remain ...... The Lib Dems ignore the wishes of the 17.4 million who voted leave. The Labour party are the only party attempting to find a solution that will bring both sides together.
Corbyn cant answer wether he would vote to Leave or Remain because Labour have not yet renegotiated an agreement with the Eu and in any event his personal view is not relevant. The decision will be made when we are told the truth about any new withdrawal agreement and how it would impact or remain.

Labour propose to 'Bring both sides together' with a fairy tale brilliant new deal, that involves staying with the single market
and customs union, in other words remain, then offering up this option in yet another referendum, versus remaining properly.
Then, after this spiffing wheeze, they intend to campaign vigorously against their first remain option, in favour of their second
remain option.
No fucking wonder they don't want to talk about Brexit.

By the way, anyone who thinks Labour's spending pledges can be delivered with - as they claim - nearly everyone not paying a bean more? Totally and utterly deluded.

(source HMRC) But its thought the figure is closer to £120 billion (source Tax Justice & PCS) the difference is due to the 'sweetheart deals' done by HMRC which is why Google end up paying £36.4 million tax on turnover of £6.05 billion.
Reverse Capital Gains Tax cut given by the Tories
Taking Capital Gains tax back to the same level as it was before 2010 would raise £735 million.

Typical answer .... I can only pay the Tax that Government asks me to pay. If the Government commits to no tax increase for earners under £80k I have to accept that.
