Sleeping on aircraft.

I took an over the counter sleeping pill a few years ago for a flight and it had the exact opposite effect.
couple of glasses of wine and head against window, engine noise helps you drop off

That only works if you have stumpy little legs and don't need the aisle seat.

Not possible for me. My head swings about wildly just as I’m getting half way there. Nearly end up with whiplash.

I’m lucky, moving in any sort of vehicle in a passenger seat makes me sleepy, even when I’m awake I go quiet.

I always sleep on long car journeys, trains down to London and flights.

I normally have a wank over some Eurotrash episodes, listen to Rick Astley on me Walkman and then sleep 14 hours. The person next to you may give you the elbow and tell you to cut it out though
