That makes no sense. Put me in charge of nuclear policy and I'll say "this present MAD policy is not a good one for the country". I suppose the next thing is that you'd tell me I'm being patronising by knowing what's best for the country.

Well yes because you can't allow your personal opinion to decide the countries defence policy.

Corbyn has already said on every occasion that if a known terrorist was in our sights then he would not give the order to pull the trigger.

That opinion will one day get someone killed unless of course we plan to have a new policy of giving into terrorism and blackmail which also wouldn't surprise me.

Have you got an accusation of anti-semitism you'd like to levy?

Don't be a coward.

If not, STFU!!

There are currently 1000’s of complaints that haven’t been seen to yet in the party.

So yes, we’ve got a mountain of it.

Lives probably won’t be better for at least another 50 years(source:Mogg) but Leave ‘won’ and apparently that’s what people still want

I thought Johnson missing every deadline, being unable to answer questions, lack of preparation and avoiding interviews, his party doctoring videos, giving misleading nursing numbers unnecessarily, the Party pretending to be an online fact-checking service etc. would have counted for something but it doesn’t. Cleary.

So we will go through with it, tangibly lives won’t improve, we’ll still spend years consumed by it then we’ll look for someone else to blame

Brexit is about ‘doing it’ rather about that what it is being ‘done for’. What happens after; years of transition, negotiations, the impact on NI (which Johnson is still lying about), our Union is entirely absent from the debate. There is no vision for what we want or will be afterwards. The Tory manifesto is empty because it has nothing and Labour’s is too full and unfocused.

Lies and racism are forgiven ‘because the other side does it too’ so it turns into ‘Racist Top Trumps’ against a background of the Tories still pumping out lies on EU migrants, with EU migration rates steadily declining because who knew presenting an ugly face to to the world makes you an unattractive place to come and stay in, and Labour struggling to use the word ‘sorry’.

I’m still rooting for my preferred option of none of the above and a hung Parliament and am still optimistic that polls will tighten, tactical voting will have an impact (albeit it can also bite you in the arse) and Johnson will pull one too many stunts like last night for enough people to go ‘fuck this’ and refuse to vote for the bag of shite.

At the end of the day though the voters get the leaders they deserve. We voted for Cameron and got nothing but division and chaos for our pains. We didn’t quite vote for May but enough to allow her to be propped up and become quite possibly the worst PM we have ever had given she was devoid of any political talent and we will probably, in some form or other, end up with Johnson to punish ourselves for voting for May for failing to deliver what we voted for because it was not in the UK’s unilateral gift to deliver.

Anyway here’s hoping for a hung Parliament with enough independent souls to make a difference.

this was brilliant.

few days ago... Asked if he had ever eaten at Greggs Boris said: "What? You mean like a pasty or a sausage roll? Have I ever not had a Greggs?! I am made of Greggs. ''

Nick Ferrari - ''tell me Prime Minister, how much is a Greggs Sausage Roll ? '' ..... BJ ''..I er erm no, not sure ''

..''a pound prime minister''
I doubt he paid for it tbf...

Correct, they shouldn't, yet precisely because of Corbyn, many are fleeing if he gets power. Corbyn's method of dealing
with any serious issues, be it this one, or terrorist incidents, is the same mealy mouthed, all encompassing, ''I condemn all....,''

You get the picture.
I've not heard any muslims claim they'll be doing the same if Johnson gets in.
Consider that.

Yes because our standard for racist behaviour is now ‘look if you are not threatening to leave then it’s fine’.

Correct, it absolutely is distracting.

Yet it doesn't stop the narrative of "hey, Boris once said this about working class men 24 years ago!"
No-one really cares about that, discuss the policies. It's more attempts to vote on personalities and both sides are guilty of it.

I won't be voting for Corbyn's Labour or Boris's Conservatives, so I have every right to complain towards those who do elect their members, both of whom I find unfit for office.

You don't find both "unfit for office" because it's only been one side you've chuntering on about!

Don't pretend you hold disregard for both sides.

Your posts on this board are clear evidence of your thought patterns.

what the fuck has that got to do with anything. Our Pm needs to know how much a sausage roll is at greggs . Who knows or cares. I absolutely have no idea.

just found it funny he claims to be made of Greggs and has zero clue how much a sausage roll is, context of things it's not important, but just exposes what a buffoon he is.

It's anything, literally anything, but face uncomfortable facts, Jews will flee if Corbyn gets in.

Your post effectively excused racism to Muslims on the grounds that they are not threatening to leave. One side bangs on about anti semitism as a means to bash the other side and the other side uses Islamaphobia to do the same.

How about a pox on both sides and both sort their shit out? How about we acknowledge on this forum that both sides have culpability and we stop using it as means to score points?

Cba with the pair of them, said 2 years ago I think Jezza is a good man deep down and honourable but his past is easy to spin and he does himself no favours. Voting for the Green party, Sian voice is lovely!

Ooh someone is so bitter this morning!

I'm not in the Labour Party so it'd be wasted on a discussion about antisemitism in the Labour Party, wouldn't it.
