Wolves - post match

An absolute disaster of a season haha. We’ve have been majorly spoiled last two seasons but my word this has been shite. Even with 10 men we should of beat that absolute shower of shite. Just focus on the cups now, we can still end up with 4 trophies, can’t argue with that. Well just pretend them scouse c*nts didn’t win the league

Well he’s been here 4 years th

Okay
Were watching different teams this season

We’re still competing for 3 trophies and have just had the two greatest top flight league campaigns in the entire history of English football.

Winning 3 titles in a row is incredibly hard which is why it has barely ever been done in England. It’s even harder when you’re up against a team to the standard of Liverpool.

Pretty sure we’ll win at least one trophy this season before getting Laporte back and reinforcing in key areas ready to go for the league again next season.

Not the best night , I'm worried Pep is not in the best of places right now not just Wolverhampton at Christmas , the Sheff U game will say a lot .

When ederson got sent off we all thought we going to get beat then the pen and going 0-2 up gave us the hope we going to win! Its how we played after going 2 up by certain players that makes it hurt more! Better if they scored first and they went on to win by 3

Does Sterling really think he's the boss man these days?

Cost us the first goal with lazy play and believes he should be taking the free kick ahead of Gundo and Bernardo at the end.

So many fragile players in this team now.

I suppose its inevitable a bit with the public adoration, 300k/week contract and host of huge endorsements that youd start to believe the hype, but we need someone to give him a dose of reality and point out hes not there yet, hes only just about the 5th best player at the club when everyone is in form.

Losing Kompany and then Laporte killed the team and put us at a disadvantage compared to the previous season. Those two were a rock at the base of the team. Without them the team is fragile. That resulted in Ferna not playing in his most influential position. Add to that the brainless one playing at left back, we were fucked from the first game.
We lost the title halfway through the Brighton game tbh .

I was so surprised to see Pep change so defensively and let the Wolves dominate that much. Was not Pep-like!

It was poor play from Mendy but it was a foul all day long. How can you barge someone in the back?
Behave. Mendy sticks his body in to block the ball against probably the strongest player in the prem and comes of easily second best. Never a foul in a million years and he should of just cleared the fuxking ball.

So if aguero was on the pitch mendy wouldn't have made a complete and utter fuck up then? And sterling wouldn't have given the ball away for their first goal?

My point is that with 11 players we wouldn’t have to resort to defending for our lives. We will still be the instigating team in the CL rather than the one being shoved into their own box.

The second that red card comes out we were always going to struggle.

Did incredibly to get a 2 goal lead before they inevitably broke us down.

Mendy should have cleared it but in all fairness, he was fouled.

Anywhere else on the pitch, that's a foul on Mendy.

Not that bothered about their winner, point not good enough anyway.

A bad night at the office against a very good team. I'm sure nobody will be overreacting.

Oh wait...

Never a foul on Mendy...he needs to be stronger

Nobody is saying pep should be sacked they are saying pep that was shit for that game . Sometimes managers get it wrong and pep did tonight .
Don't agree. Pep didn't rush out like Ederson, nor was he wearing Raheem's boots and coasting at 2-0 thinking about how his goal looked on TV.

Only thing I blame him for is for continually selecting Fernandinho who can not defend. It puts too much pressure on Ota.

It never ceases to amaze me just how many of our supporters actually hate our players, and our manager when they don't deliver the victory which should be ours by right. Very disappointing, as any defeat is but for God's sake it wasn't all a plot to ruin Christmas for anyone.
