The list on the bbc is very conveniently only for those with over 300 matches, so it doesn't include any City manager.

Whereas if you just did win %age it would include one City manager that is 10% better than another famous one from a nearby city, and only 3% above a second from City, with a third brought down significantly by having managed west ham.

Yes but I think he is fourth on the list of most loses behind - Harry Redknapp. Sam Allardyce and Steve Bruce.
