Noticed against Spurs and Manure that they struggled in the last 20 minutes. ManU had 80 % possession in the last 15-20 minutes which is incredible. Are Liverpool tiring? What's happening? Spurs and today Martial missed incredible chances.

Spot on,and to be fair I see the Real Madrid tie as going to be similar to the Monaco tie,hopefully with us going through for a change..

I don't read anything into it, theve won an absolute shitload of games late on this season. And the two you just mentioned they could and should of been out of sight by the 70th minute.
 
I don’t understand them entirely, but it seems their front three do so much of the attacking work and cover such distance that they have really good constant defensive coverage in the middle and back. But whatever the case I am curious to know how they do it. Just fee like they are almost never down a goal, and literally never down two. It’s incredible.

Yeah, surely there’s no disputing this any more. They’ve been brilliant, and we’ve been poor by our standards. Just got to go all out for the cups now and start again next season. Hopefully Guardiola and the squad will relish the challenge.

Agree and disagree with this.....I don't in any way think that City can be accused of being arrogant. I do appreciate you can maybe be accused of getting used to watching quality football week in week out, but don't see an expectation of seeing that, as being arrogant.
That said, I have to agree and with the risk of being lambasted, I do think Pep has to take alot of the blame. Yes he is an incredible manager but as was said, you lost Kompany and didnt replace him. Bad luck to lose your best defender but to acknowledge that you dont fancy his back ups by putting one of the best CDM's in the world into defence. That has to be a mistake.
I get that there is FFP and you didnt know how long Laporte would be out, but to deprive your defence of Fernandinho as cover and not trust your usual CB's...does seem a tad silly.
Yes the whole world knows Pep is one of the best managers/coaches in the world but does that mean that someone shouldn't have been more vocal in pushing for more cover for Laporte?

how does that explain the Wan Bissaka chance where it should be on a plate and Martial missing an absolute sitter compared to what he did against us -sometimes its just the way it goes

They are so much better? I don't think so. They have been much luckier than us with regard to injuries, opposition players missing big chances, playing good teams without the latter's best player, favourable decisions, etc. Imagine all these things going for us and not for them. Shit happens sometimes. We are not done though. We can still have better season than them as crazy as this sounds. Win the CL and the cups and, voila!, we are the best.

Watched the game today, which is the first time of watching a dipper game throughout.

Could not believe how many long balls they play , with their front three as " runners " .

Obviously effective for their purposes but pretty fucking basic imo. They do work very hard as a team though.

Not likely to watch them again .
 
Best prem league side ever according to Savage, doesn't think they have to win back to back titles to prove that. Never once did that prick say we were a great side after doing it last season, and I think that's the general consensus between all the media ****s.

As a game plan it works Leicester won the title with the same tactic.

Better not to expect any of them to give any recognition to our achievements imo. Whilst it is annoying, that way you don't end up disappointed .

Clearly we don't suit the media whores , but fuck the lot of them .
