Fulham (H) - FA Cup Round 4 Post-Match Thread

perhaps say he understands how hard it is for fans to attend games ….just a thought !
Why ?? He wasn`t brought up with a silver spoon in his mouth and probably fully understands the reasons.Just because he would sooner discuss the game has no bearing on how he thinks.
Stop being a mard arse and concentrate on us being in the draw for the next round.

One of the times I did, perfectly happy to admit it, because it hurt so much I thought it was hanging on by a thread. I was out three months recovering.

This sort of player slagging is just beyond understanding for me. What point is there? What purpose does it serve?
Everybody has a different pain threshold the guy ain't got a clue mate

PEP For a few moments I thought it would be a tough game. They’re a team with a lot of courage but it was a bit different after the red card. They still tried to play but the game was over at 3-0. Now we prepare for United…

PEP (on Laporte) We are not going to take risks, a lot of training sessions and 75 minutes against Sheffield United. He could play against United if he’s okay.

PEP The determination was always there and we will fight to win each competition. Next is United and a chance to get to the final and that is our next target.

PEP Always we score goals and have the ability to score. The problem this season has been conceding some goals, but it’s always good to score goals.

Anyone who slags off a crowd of 39k can fuck right off!

Final week into a 7 week pay month for many
1 O' Clock KO on a Sunday
Lower league opposition that bring a handful of fans

Haven't checked but I reckon 39k would be a record for the championship this season and probably the 4th or 5th highest premier league gate most weekends.

Definitely think BBC have done it on purpose btw

Murphy made the point that Newcastle managed 52k yesterday and pointed out the impact of a cheap ticketing policy.

Last year Newcastle got 34k against Watford in round 3 while we got 52k against Rotherham - as other posters have pointed out, lunchtime, no away support and on TV can make a big impact on the numbers. Shame Pep fell into the reporter’s trap though...

The gate is impacted massively by being on free to air TV.

Wet Sunday, early kick off.

The pricing should have been a fiver across the board of they wanted to fill the place.

I think you`re the one who`s fallen into the reporters trap.I notice you`re not having a pop at the reporter for asking a shit question.

Just skimming this thread...

Assume we got knocked out of the competition and everything else sucks too. Am I right?
Missed out players having boots put down their achilles needing to immediately compete in the Iron Man to prove their manhood.
