Why don't you wait and see what we do?I'm very familiar with non-disclosure agreements and precisely how they operate. I am not expecting City to reveal details of the legal settlement but I would be amazed if they did not have any leeway to make a broad response to the stories in the Times if only to reassure their customers. The fact that the information has leaked into the public domain has changed the situation. The Times will have taken legal advice before they published. I suspect that what has actually happened is that City, as well as Liverpool, have got something to hide. It is possible that what has happened is that our former employees have colluded with an existing City employee at some point. That's not something that should be covered up.
