Our club is under fucking siege and I sincerely hope todays outcome finally provides whatever it is you needed to see what is really happening.

This is a decision designed to finish our football club in its current space. Nothing else.

The PL will follow. I can guarantee it.

Been here all night but I still don't think it's an agenda it's UEFA being knobs, were not the first or last club they have gone after. Although Sky are dicks I will give you that, but in reality they just love to sensationalise a story saying we have a good chance of getting off when CAS review just doesn't have the same ring as BANNED!

I think you’re conflating many things here. I’ve certainly not seen many (any?) City fans defending UEFA since the first FFP punishment was delivered.

The media pamper to these fanbases which is why they report on us as they do, What happens to us will have no effect whatsoever on 15 or 16 of the PL clubs and I reckon a lot of them can see through all the shite and see what we see. Human nature and public manipulation has everything to do with this situation, just as with sterling.

I have no doubt that we will see many fans of obscure clubs having a negative reaction to us if they play us. The Sheffield Wednesday game will prove this point.

I agree. But what if we absolutely take them to the cleaners and still somehow lose? How will corrupt UEFA manage to swing that without everybody in the world seeing them for what they are?

The ultimate final and therefore best arbiter of EU law is the ECJ CAS does not really figure. Also CAS argued that Galatasary where to reliant on press reports (sounds amateurish ) but perhaps a starting point and disagree with them on the intent of the FFP ( Seems obvious there are other ways of implement FFP which are more fair and its therefore clear that UEFA are either incompetent or bias ) I am sure we could get experts to come up with alternatives to FFP
 
I'm just astonished they didn't wait until two weeks before the new season so we wouldn't have time to appeal without missing out.

UEFA know exactly what they are doing.

We have interupted their elite and they want us out.

You can call that being nobs.

I call it an organised drive to permanently discredit our achievements and ensure we no longer participate.
 
In all honesty I have been very surprised in my local Boozer tonight as to how many different fans have actually said to me "Oakie how much is true and how much is bollocks".Seriously !! I have only given both Scousers ans Rags an overall picture of what most of the media are saying as apposed to what the actual findings "could be".
The difference between what I think and they believe has changed so much,based on what has been shown on Sky,is wonderful,seriously !!
The overall view of a so called "it must be true because its been reported" seems to some extent to be wavering ... but not conclusive !
But nevertheless I am even more confident as to the likely outcome in our favour.
