When are we likely to know the outcome?? Of their decision

The CAS notice is clear on that. At this stage they havent set a calendar so no timescales as yet

Given that this pertains to whether due process has been followed rather than investigating the alleged FFP irregularities I'd have thought it would be a fairly quick procedure. Maybe even only a couple of weeks (pure guess on my part BTW).

If CAS don't uphold our application at this stage will it still be open to us to appeal against to them again if/when a ban has been imposed?

Yup.
It is PSG calling the shot. UEFA is on our pockets, this is why we are benefiting from all the juicy stuff they have to offer : sanction in 2014 along with City, another investigation from September 2017 to 2019, forced to sell players, great refereeing in CL, Neymar already banned for the first 3 games in next CL.
PSG obviously playing the long game here, trying to convince people they are a victim, while they are in cahoots with UEFA to finally ban City. Proud of the owner playing chess with all of us. As you say, they will employ any tactic to get City, no doubt.
So UEFA missed out on their timings to prosecute PSG, and exonerating them in the process.
Why would UEFA now be in PSG's pocket?
Why would UEFA do PSG's bidding?
Why would PSG want City banned?

The fella has very little pedigree as far as I’m aware. No idea how he landed that bbc job on the back of his plodding work reading the autocue on SSN

Probably went to the right school and Cambridge... and his Daddy knows someone. That’s the usual recruitment policy at the BBC.

I think he was answering a rhetorical question... he wasn’t saying this - he was calling it out as ridiculous.

The verdict will either be published on Saturday 3rd August or Monday 5th August, the Monday date depending on the outcome of the result of the charity shield match.

If we win the community shield no doubt Rick Parry will have the NYT on speed dial to plant some more ‘dirty Arabs, oil money, human rights... didums its just not fair’ stories.

UEFA fucked up the process of taking PSG to a Kangaroo Court and now they're doing the same to City.
UEFA look to have real problems making it look like they correctly complied with their own FFP processes especially articles 10, 13 and 17.
The only question is: Is it deliberate or is it incompetence? Are senior officials trying to make it look like they are doing the bidding of the old G14 when in fact they aren't?
