Just remember as well
It's not 200 mil to refurb
It's the loss of revenue from gate receipts and pissed off season ticket holders having lost their seats for a season or two.

I would also expect any refurb/redevelopment to incorporate a pitchside away supporters area and at least one large tv screen as applies to all other Premier League clubs apart from them and Liverpool.
For United this would probably mean a reduction in capacity.

Also if we are ever hosts of a World Cup again The swamp can’t be used, no run off area around the pitch, nor Anfield, Pitch is too small for international football.

Yeah but what will happen is the fa will say we need the iconic ground for the competition so we will get the funds to rebuild the dump.

Looks like VAR will ensure a fifth place finish for United now, Sheff Utd, Spurs, Wolves and Everton should be very wary.

Giddy rags on the whatsapp tonight "points deduction" - "united finish 5th and take your place"

United have to play Chelsea Watford Everton us and Spurs in next 5 games. Good luck with 5th lads!
