IF (massive if) we do get the decision we want from CAS, I hope we start being more ruthless with those cünts at UEFArce. It’s time for us to break down there corrupt farcical organisation.

Well, according to the Times, City's owners care who leaked it because they believe the club has been targeted by agents of Qatar with the Pinto data hack and also that Qatari influence has infected any decisions made by UEFA. The fact that UEFA took no action against PSG whose FFP breach was much worse than ours is crucial to the whole case. The result of this legal battle will impact on the whole future of football and is more important than the content of the leaks. That's why City are not co-operating with UEFA. We want to take them on.

That can only happen after CAS reaches it's decision. CAS won't look at who leaked what and why. They will look at the whole process and was it followed correctly. Did City hide anything and continue to hide anything? Have UEFA made erroneous assumptions? City not co-operating during it only hurts us. The question is whether we have the stomach to take it to the courts after CAS as that's what will surely be needed but I am not sure City will want to go that far. I could easily be wrong. It's only an opinion......

I think one point we should bring up is how PSG were allowed to get away with over-valued sponsorship (over double ours), even though UEFA's own audit said it was 95% over-valued!
Also think we should be investigating why the email hacker targetted us... and who was behind that!
We all want justice, but I want revenge... I hope City bring the whole house of cards down... UEFA, G14 clubs... the lot - and when the dust settles, I hope they set our lawyers on certain cnuts within the press.

The five year period was up when Uefa made the claim so thrown out

thats why I think City are so confident, if I’ve seen the right info PSG like you say are more guilty than us so how can they justify even a fine for our crime never mind 2 year ban

The reason it’s 2 seasons is so it gets reduced to 1 which is what they wanted in the first place.
This may be UEFA shooting themselves in the foot, especially if it can also be proved that Ceferin offered us a fine in full settlement. I doubt that CAS would look too kindly on what could be seen as a purely vindictive increase in sanction.

Investing my money on my business is not a crime.

City should just sue the financial unfair play rule.

I reckon that will be the route City will take if CAS doesn't throw it out completely. Take it to the international court and prove that FFP is flawed and against basic principles of business practice. I said in an earlier post that it's time that UEFA & it's cartel was brought to account once & for all. As it stands they are killing football in more ways than one.

Impossible to keep up with this thread so sorry if this has been referred to previously...

A few tweets by one of the most prominent lawyers in the UK over the last 30 years...

The interview is apparently on Al-Jazeera via a translator.
Seasoned FFP watchers will be pleased that Ed Thompson piped up on the thread.

In the twitter thread there is this exchange:

Q: How open is it to a counter suit?

Mark Stephens: Very. A lack of an independent investigation. No independent prosecution. No independent judge to adjudicate. A complete breach of the Rules of Due Process

I hope “Khaldoon and the Gang” have got this wrapped up so tight, that when they drop the evidence against UEFArce, that the corrupt UEFA cünts actually shit themselves. If CAS throw this out, and admonish us, we need to go for the jugular of UEFA. great post earlier by an Inter fan, who nailed it.
