Nice cloaked warning from Soriano towards UEFA. Take 'em down, or we take you all down.
I like. He must be a Billy Joel fan, si?
A new.....Agueròooooooooo moment.
It will be so sweet. Did Ferran look to you like a man who was not sure of his ground? Did he look like a liar? Did he look like a man who was not determined?
Astonished that Uefa seemed to have relied on the email.
We will win. We will win. We will win.
Maybe he doesn't feel the need when khaldoon does the talking, I like to think of him as the silent assassin, doesn't say fuck all but his actions speak louder than words. Not talking about the subject matter, but the fact that since he arrived he has had little or no contact with the fans.
He is a well spoken dude and is clearly passionate about the club, it would be better if he had more contact with the supporters in the past.
I'd say a sheep in sheep's clothing. I've had a couple of run in's with him too. Strange how many of us are thinking the same about him.As others who have already stated,he gets worse.A sheep in wolfs clothing ?
not sure your serious? The interview was fine (even if it was three days late), but they obviously should've done this with literally any journalist except the one employed by the club. Very difficult for me to believe they couldn't have found someone on good terms to ask these same questions. Agree them beforehand, whatever. This is what the PR department is for.
Ah good. Cheers PB. I’ll be relieved to be proved wrong on this point as it looked like a potential vulnerability. That's not how it's judged. The question is whether it's in line with similar deals. If it was about affordability then UEFA would have to audit all sponsorship deals with all clubs.
Errm... think that one was a joke, mate.Courtesy of the genius Rabin:
"It was kind of expected. It is no secret that UEFA has a history of corruption and that FFP was implemented to protect the big cartel clubs from new upcoming clubs that could surpass them. I stand with Manchester City."
Ronaldinho [One of the best footballers I''ve ever had the pleasure to watch and he's smart too]
Or Macari’s chippy. I’d laugh my fcukin saveloy off :)Be funny as fuck if we got one of UEFA's Champions League sponsors on board and they were paying us more than UEFA get. That would boil some piss!
He mainly means Yves Leterme. It seems quite clear that Soriano was taking aim only at the two FFP committees, not UEFA as a whole. Does anyone have a list of the members of the committees? The composition/membership of these committees/panels might explain the 'politics' comment, too.
Quite serious. This is all optics at this point and whatever you think of the media you're going to get far more credit for doing the interview in front of an actual journalist rather than someone employed by the club. The content stays exactly the same.not sure your serious?
