It's more than likely since competition law states that any sanctions levied in an attempt to prohibit or limit investment are automatically null and void.

If what Soriano said about disregarding our evidence and only relying on out of context emails to make their judgement, this won't even get to a full CAS hearing, they will dismiss it when the parties submit their briefs for consideration of whether UEFA's ban should stand or be suspended during the hearing.
