Correct.The irrefutable proof will be the clubs financial records. This would have been contained somewhere in the 200 page dossier we had put together for our defence. Something UEFA decided not to look at.
What they looked at, were stolen/hacked emails which they proceeded to take out of context. They used that as a negotiation and offered a deal, like the bully’s they are and assuming we would take one.
We didn’t. We said fuck off. See you in court, where we will be bringing the 200 page document that you didn’t want to see.
They then threw their toys out the pram and made, what will consequentially be, an absolutely fucking horrendous decision that is going to haunt them for many, many years.

Point me at any link to suggest that, I've never seen one, other than dipper/rag reporters/fans suggesting it.
It was reported in most of the tabloids a few days ago. I never clicked on them because my head was already cabbaged with it all but it was definitely there.

It was. However, since the ban announcement, I think it stemmed from one hack (and I know Little Miggy was blathering about it) and was then picked up and run with by others. I haven't seen anything from the PL recently.

Crafton is both Jewish and gay and Fury has made both homophobic and antisemitic remarks. That doesn't mean people can't see the error of their ways of course.And to a journalist, I think - Crafton was at the Mail, wasn't he?
Sadly I'm blocked by Baz after he jumped into a thread I was involved in the other night, when he'd clearly had a few drinks too many. Which is quite a common occurrence I'm told.

I'm not a legal expert which is obvious but......and it's a big but....IF we lose the case, wouldn't the premier league have a case then to pursue us, on the basis our break even money to meet their criteria was falsified?

Cheers. I thought Crafton was gay, yes, which made me think he'd be offended by Fury. Didn't know he was Jewish, for another strike.
I expect "I blocked PB" to be a hashtag badge of honour soon.

I've not seen anything, and I'd think it would have been noted widely.
I have a recollection of a previous comment from a spokesman about keeping a weather eye on it, but had the impression that that was an answer to a question put to them by hacks. It seemed reasonable as a PL response to a question of "might there be something to pursue".

I'm glad you are so confident/hopeful.
I'm not saying this is the case, just like a lot of others I'm confused. Although I hope we hammer UEFA at CAS I could deal with a ban okay. The other shit not so well as I place more importance winning the premier league over Europe.
