Geez so many typos :)
Indeed, stay off twitter until you've gor your grandma and spilling sorted out ;-)
Geez so many typos :)
City_Rabin was jumped on by a blogger. A City blogger. It seems City blogger thinks he's a real journo now, so he insulted Rabin when Rabin, who had been tagged in the thread that involved a couple of hacks, pointed out one of the journo's hypocrisies. Rabin didn't want to be the focus of a blue-on-blue ruck, so he deactivated his account. Well done, City blogger.
I used to like consuming news about City in any format and twitter was always more immediate. I have deleted loads of followed accounts on twitter, some big organisations and some I have followed for years. It became too toxic, snide and spiteful. You could tell the "journalists" were getting a kick out of it. Don't generally buy papers (used to every day) and if i do the sports section is ignored or goes straight to recycling which is crazy considering how mad a fan I am. The sports radio channels no longer listened to. I do follow Man City Xtra, City Chief, and quite a few reliable blues on twitter and get my news from them. My twitter feed has improved as has my state of mind.I think the hatred towards City and us fans perhaps took us by surprise, it did me. I know we arent liked but I thought the press/media are a fucking disgrace. For my own state of mind I stopped looking or reading or listening to any news etc from about thursday last week, it was getting to depressing for me. This and mcfc website are my go to places now

But hey didn't respond back to the club on a point by point basis, thus breaking FFP investegatory processes. Therefore the chances of them NOT reading it ARE pretty high.
We really upset a cozy little party didn't we? City wasn't supposed to be this successful. It's that they hate...remember that :)
He has now. He used to have a Rolex on it until it was ripped from him!
I think they could make any reasonable recs, since it is an arbitration service, not a court. If they find the process was flawed, they may well rec changes to that process. How about they start on the qu of genuine independence for the control body?Think that's probably right. However if CAS say the case against us is flawed and along with other clubs cases shows a pattern that their FFP is flawed in implemetation and how it's set up , could they issue a statement that recomends UEFA undergo a complete reveiw of both the FFP rules and the way it's investigated ?
If that happened it would represent a victory against FFP without us taking action against UEFA unilateraly.
This. I deleted the Guardian app from my phone last Tuesday. It's amazing how much more relaxed I've been since.
What did you imply yesterday Tolm about the Big Boss now being involved? How can he have influence in the case?
Are we sure he doesn't deserve a pile on? Rabin is one of our best weapons. He knows his stuff and takes them on. A Blue who attacks him is, well, you decide.Doesn’t deserve what?
Standard Chartered and Liverpool FC like this post
If the CAS state categorically that City have no case to answer then City will surely have grounds for legal action against uefa... I don't know what the statute of limitations is on civil cases in Europe, but just imagine the situation... City do nothing, but uefa have the threat of legal action hanging over them...whilst that was the case would we see anymore refs like the clowns home and away against the victims a couple of years ago, or the idiot who was only capable of looking at one inconclusive angle of Spurs handball goal last season?
Plus Western Union and their Hezbollah friends.
No its an Italian ref tomorrow the "clown" was the Turkish ref Cuneyt Cakir

An absolutely unregulated cesspit
To be fair it’s difficult with that Turkish guy - he’s completely incompetent. He causes ructions whenever he officiates so hard to say whether he’s a cheat or just crap. It’s inexplicable that he gets selected for so many top games because he’s a woeful official. Would fit right in with his peers in the PL.
That depends on Swiss law. I guess UEFA is defined as a trade association. Do they have any special protections under swiss law?
Secondly, Soriano specifically said we had no argument with UEFA generally, just with the financial control body. The likelihood of us suing UEFA is nil, with future relationships in mind.
