League Cup final tickets

I bought 5 and still waiting for them all,all on level 5,its never happened before that iv recieved them late like this

if you do have to pick them up at wembley on the day,do you have to show your season ticket ? so in my case i need to take all 5 ?

Never had to do it but I think all you need is proof of purchase (print-out of email) plus ID. I don't think any of us in Level 5 have received our tickets so I wouldn't panic just yet.
 
It’s going to be a tense couple of days for the seat counters. We are selling about 150-200 tickets a day and there are about 680 left.
