I have read this morning that its unlikely Uefa will send any lawyers to CAS but just send documents.
That tells me that uefa dont hold out much hope in defending their judgment.

Can’t see that, it would make a mockery of the whole process. Perhaps they could just send a letter from their mum

Yes, this whole vlog is feeble in the extreme. It proceeds from the starting point that we only have the most hazy idea of what the charge so let's see what your defence may be. Oh it's got to be on a technicality. Our "world superstar legal team" may have a clearer view than our American friend and they may have taken notice of Ferran's approach that the club must prove that the accusations are simply not true.

I can accept that was the case in respect of the Invetsigatory Chamber whose spokesman seemed to have pre-judged the matter before he had even received City's evidence but the Adjudicatory Chamber. I cannot believe that they did not consider City's argument.

The AC only consider what the IC put before them, if the IC didn't consider City's argument then it doesn't get put to the AC. The AC don't conduct an investigation of their own.

Then what more evidence do you really need to believe, that the OTT punishment was deliberately orientated to assisting the Rags Champions League qualification this Season .

Point being UEFA have obviously got wind that Gill,cough,cough,the Premier League will follow suite and sanction us points this season.The points sanction will be just enough for us to finish outside European places and nudge the Rags from 5th,to 4th.Meaning we dont qualify for Europe this season anyway.

The 2 year ban become a 3 year Ban.

Yes I think you are correct. It's all ifs and buts but it's possible that if CAS found against us and the PL were minded to find us guilty of not meeting their requirements too then they could give us a points deduction for this season that would mean we finished outside the European qualifying places. This then would mean we didn't finish high enough for this season to count as one of the two years so we miss out this year and still have two more years to go. Say we were also relegated a division that would effectively be 4 years...it just goes on and on.

I don't think the above would happen but I get your argument.

God knows what counts if we win the CC or/and the FA Cup! I guess the season would count as neither the FA or The FL are investigating us..yet!
