looked like a muscle injury maybe carf or thigh ? but any sort of muscle injury is hard when getting back from long term injury. its no easy fix other than rest and swimming and massage

Have to admit I’ve enjoyed the coverage on Virgin Sport. Very fair. We’ve been criticised where it’s warranted.i.e. Lapses in defence
