Yeah. There were 26 city fans including myself on the Liverpool to Alicante flight which was due to leave at 16.30 yesterday. It got delayed and delayed and then cancelled at about 20.30. Thought there was gonna be a riot, but unsuprising maybe given a plane load of people had spent 6 hours at the bar.

They put us up in hotels but the rearranged flight wouldn't have got anyone to Alicante in time to get the train to Madrid.

After a bit of a wait they said they would put us on the Liverpool to Madrid flight today at 11.25, so we're back at the airport now.

We'll get there for the game which is the main thing but missed out on a bit of the trip. Also there's the inconvenience of having been stuck in Liverpool.

Hope you make it, I knew a few were making a week of it in benidorm so means they'll have to travel back on themselves now

I thought the view was ok, I’m still out, just left a dance music club. 6.10am. I like this city, it’s got class. Impeccably clean streets, no pick pockets or fat Nigerian prossies. It a good gaff

7 of us took a wrong turn at the ground and ended up in the mass of supporters waiting for the coaches. Trapped there.

City bus rolls by and us 7 give it the city city city chant. They did not like that.

There bus came and the cameras were out in droves, we spoilt a few videos.

Another iconic stadium with shite facilities.
Getting in was terrible.I arrived an hour before kick off and there was fans getting crushed.Would hate to have been in line when the late arrivals got there.
Saw a couple of fans turned away.
Good view of game.Our fans on top of their game.Had a lot worse getting kept backs as well.Made the metro journey back a lot easier.
Cheap beer in a cafe across from stadium.
Now if they could only sort out the getting into the ground I would be more than happy going back.
