It's inconceivable that the PL won't follow shortly, quite possibly within 24 hours.

I won’t be going to any more games this season, irrespective. I would probably be ok if I got it, but my better half wouldn’t. Luckily I can work from home.

If they did suspend football in this country could they not recommence the fixtures in 6 weeks time potentially when the peak of the out break has passed? Then have a smaller preseason and follow it on with the new seasons fixtures? A lot of vested interests with prize money, promotion and relegation will be pushed from the clubs to just abandon the season and just start a fresh.

Almost no chance that UEFA competitions will be completed this season IMO. This is the tip of the iceberg. Give it two weeks and there will be no football being played anywhere. Apart from UK where Johnson will probably be encouraging people to gather in football stadiums.

Football isnt coming back this season so there will be no fixture pile up.
