Think you have replied to the wrong person mate
I have yes.
My apologies
Think you have replied to the wrong person mate
I tell you what has surprised me most about all of this..
The proportion of epidemiologists we have amongst City fans.
I always knew your average City fan was more intelligent than fans of other clubs.
Oi !! ;)Anyone heard from @oakiecokie
Just asking like
I`m assuming you mean Collins and not Foden ? ;)Could be with Phil.
That's the thing, results are going to come aren't going to come fast and reliable analysis will only show up at the end of this. Just to make an example, our prime minister when announcing other lock downs yesterday said that we'd have to be patient and that the results would be visible in 2 weeks, not in a short time. How do you know it’s made no difference ?
What an astute observation, I don't think that line of questioning has been touched upon yet.Makes you wonder if it’s airborne!
No need. There are beautiful tests for everyone over there now apparantly, but probably only so long as you dont have skin like hiscan we have him back as President please.
Our government is refusing to test people. Pretty difficult to get a test unless you are over 60 or with underlying health problems. Most of us will get this but most of us will receive no confirmation that we have it either, thus not being part of the official data.I was thinking the same.
Somebody’s telling porkies!
Said the Neville bredrins as they signed schoolboy forms at the theatre of jism. We’re basically poisoning ourselves. This is probably only the beginning.
It's not airborne - however - once somebody gets it they are extremely infectious in the day or so before showing symptoms and after initial mild symptoms.Makes you wonder if it’s airborne!
I’ll miss you when civilisation collapses, SR.Said the Neville bredrins as they signed schoolboy forms at the theatre of jism.

What they were referring to with that comment in my opinion is an Italy-style lockdown. They feel, rightly or wrongly, that we would cease from obeying if the lockdown went on too long. So they are delaying that decision until the peak. The Chief Medical Officee stated that if they introduce certain measures too early they won't have as much effect as if they are introduced at the right time so could actually be counter-productive.
Why isn't that an answer to your question?
You are right, but our testing capability will be limited for a while. It is going to be ramped up as per South Korea but it will take time and initially older people who fall ill have to be priority tested. And the problem with that is people who have not significantly fallen ill with flu-like symptoms (actually, even if they have) are going to spend the next year living like Howard Hughes when they have actually had it already, are not infectious and could in reality happily resume their normal lives, helping return society back to normal.
People need a way to know whether they have had this or not.
Mate, I can’t even imagine the anger you feel, given your condition. I risk losing both my nans to this, they’d be in a really bad way if they get it. It’s overwhelming, feeling like you are being let down with life on the line, but you are right we need to take matters into our own hands. If they are not going to force people to be socially distant at this moment, at least make that decision for ourselves. Keeping my fingers crossed for you mate, just keep making sensible decisions.Seriously having taken the night to digest that complete lack of any action from the government today I do beilieve that as a person who uses public transport, works in an education enviroment, deals with mamy people internally amd externally daily at work that I will more likely get Convid-19 at this rate and probably have a good chance of dying due to my bronchial condiiton.
I don't believe taking a psychiological and predictive science viewed response is the right approach and a massive gamble.
