Isn't next season already messed with getting ready for the world cup?
 
Soon as the weather gets warmer,people will be bouncing off the walls stuck in doors with no football.

Many are going to flock to UK tourist hot spots .

We might need martial law .....Troops machine gunning family Cars off the Road approaching Crackpool etc.

Can’t see how that happens contracts will be up in the summer so you either play with what’s left so some teams will be affected more than others or you can sign players so different set of players are competing.

The whole thing is a minefield. the only fair way is total null and void. No trying to round up or down for anyone. Effectively restart the season. Plenty still lose out, but everyone loses out equally. Otherwise, it's expoiting the luck of a dire situation.

Yes, CL starts with previous season's places, the league starts with previous season's teams, etc etc.

I don't get the logic of two additional teams from the championship, surely thats the same as giving liverpool the title, u cant round up. They lose out on promotion, so what, is that worse than liverpool losing out on a title, or smashing records? or Leicester getting CL qualification, or Sheff. getting europa?

The only fair way is a wipe and restart, of any competition in progress. including f.a cup and CL. surely that is the only way it affects everyone the same, anything else, is open to haggling and interpreting the situatuon and what ifs.

Can't cheat them out of a title after winning the most games. Getting the most points.

What's the point in a competition if you can just take away the prize because you're not happy about the winner? Might as well just not bother at all.

Then I remember they've played every game with an extra ref and their own personal VAR team when we've been fucked over by both and I think fuck em, fuck their cheating title and fuck their first league win in 30yrs. And fuck their unbearable fans too.

You do realise what this means for The Off Topic thread for the next 6 months. Usually we amuse and can contain ourselves with about 6 weeks of utter drivvle but 6 months of complete and total shite would for some be worse than a dose of CV itself. God help us all.

The whole calendar would have to be revamped the Winter World Cup in Qatar as well Nov / Dec 2022 might have an effect

That’s not the only consideration the whole league structure Winners Euro places relegation promotion it’s about more than who wins the PL

Or at least allowing you to select seats and place into your basket.......
 
The bottom six clubs have just been awarded there get out jail free card, the season has to be voided,players are not training , some are, advantages to the clubs who haven't been affected.All clubs-bar Liverpool of course are well within there rights to ask for the season to be voided. Players with relatives who have underlying health issues shouldn't even be asked to walk on a football pitch.

The season is finished-null and void.
