it’s even worse page 4 Sunday times . Flights arrive in london every day from Rome and Beijing and Iran air operates three flights a week from Tehran.

These come in unchecked health wise and allowed straight into our population.
 
A friend of mine has just returned from Slovakia after some problems. Said he was amazed by the amount of people still on the streets. He said that in Slovakia there was literally 1 or 2 people on the streets of the capital and they had to have the correct documentation. Arrived at Newcastle on Friday and said he noticed no difference to any usual Friday night, the pubs and clubs doing a roaring trade. People in this country are insane.
 
I do think they is to much confusion as to what is meant to be happening. On our way home on friday as normal stopped to get our fish n chips. As we were waiting the owners said " the PM has just said we have to closed " they put the closed sign on the door gave us double the fish we ordered and closed. Yet other fish n chips are still open with people queueing on Saturday night. Does anyone know what should be happening ?
 
I’m currently unemployed but I am due to start a new job tomorrow that requires me to stay in hotel 4 nights a week. Hopefully I get to start and at least get some income coming in to pay my bills. I will be self isolating after work and obviously keeping my distance whilst there.
 
Just went over to post a Mother’s Day card and there’s an incredible amount of walkers about, drop over the tops and there’s hundreds.

Not sure the chances of them catching it but there was whole families out with dogs everywhere.

There’s got to be some risk.

complete madness, Borris for the tools he has had to deal with this some things have been good such as dealing with the economy, but looking at these charts we realy should be locking down now, i cant understand why hes letting people mix as they do

Yes it's tough. Loads of Brits live and work there too, plus entertainers who only get paid when they perform. Awful times, please God it ends soon
 
Had any new figures today from Italy yet?
Spent the day decorating then sat in the garden listening to kids shouting and screaming

Going by other cafe,mac Donald's,its all take away so maybe you're guy didn't understand

Maybe doesn't have the powers to force a lock down until the emergency measures bill has passed parliament. That's the only thing I can think of.

Chapo the act that told us about the lockdown was a duo and one of them had to leave and go home I'll he didn't look well at all so Niel you won't be on here but hope your well.

But at my chippie you have to go inside to get your chips , like I saw on Saturdayat another chippie, but at Macdonald's it's a drive through only , you cant go inside to order. You cant go inside cafes , or restaurants as I understand it. But some chippies are open as normal and some have closed
 
What’s annoying me is if your over 60/70 you’d Wana stay in for a couple months wouldn’t ya ? Just relax ...

the fuck are they all so desperate to be out, mixing in, walking round garden centres, last Sunday half of weatherspoons where I was, was half full of over 50’s

As someone who is nearly 60 I would love to stay in instead of having work near the public
